Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship all orders via USPS using one of the following services:

  • First Class Mail
  • Priority Mail

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days once your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and USPS delays that are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Local Pickup (Southfield, Michigan)
We offer free local pickup in Southfield, Michigan. If you select this option at checkout, you will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

Local Delivery (Metro Detroit Area)
We also offer local delivery within the Metro Detroit area. Delivery details, including timing and any applicable fees, will be provided at checkout or via follow-up communication.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, incorrect shipping addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
